These terms apply to the Knocko website, app and Knocko QRs, provided by [Bacancy legal entity name]. By using Knocko you agree to them.
What Knocko does
Knocko lets anyone who scans a vehicle's Knocko QR send the owner an alert, and lets the owner reply or call back, without either side seeing the other's phone number.
Knocko is not an emergency service
We try hard to deliver every alert, but we can't guarantee that an alert, message or call will reach the owner or be answered. In an emergency, always call 112.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and use your own mobile number.
- Only add vehicles you own or are allowed to use, and keep the details correct.
- You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us if you think someone else is using it.
Fair use
When you scan a Knocko QR or reply to an alert, you agree not to:
- send false, abusive, threatening or repeated alerts;
- use Knocko to harass, stalk or find someone;
- try to find out the other person's phone number;
- copy, sell or change a Knocko QR, or put one on a vehicle that isn't yours.
We may limit, block or suspend numbers and accounts that break these rules.
Knocko QR
Your Knocko QR is free to download and print. If it is lost or stolen, revoke it in the app and make a new one. A revoked Knocko QR stops working at once.
Price
Knocko is free today. Some features may have limits or be part of a paid plan later. We will tell you before any charge applies, and you will never be charged without agreeing first.
Our liability
Knocko is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for missed or late alerts, calls or replies. Our total liability is limited to [amount].
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [city, proposed Ahmedabad] have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it applies.
